At SecondShop, we want you to love your home. If your new furniture or decor isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule Pickup

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or contact our support team to schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture.
